Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kope Projects is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Photos of the packaging.

We'll review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
